David S. Massias is the co-founder and CEO of Shadow Health, Inc. which is a multi-disciplinary educational software developer of rich learning environments and Digital Clinical Experiences™ (DCEs). Prior to the establishment of Shadow Health, David was a partner with the V2R Group, focused on acquiring and commercializing university technologies (i.e., Red Lambda, Inc.), and a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ mergers and acquisitions group in their New York City and Chicago offices since 2000. As an adjunct Professor, David was honored with the 2008 Outstanding Faculty Award from the Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship Program at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and serves on education centric boards such as The Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention and the University of Florida’s Innovation through Institutional Integration.
